Newsletter Writing & Editing Experience
During the summer of 2024, I served as a Newsletter Writer for The Daily Texan, where I wrote engaging content for the daily newsletter. I focused on clear, concise storytelling, helped expand audience engagement through thoughtful subject lines and formatting, and ensured timely delivery of news that resonated with the UT community.
In the following fall semester, I was promoted to Associate Newsletter Editor, where I led the planning, creation, and editing of newsletter content. I ensured a cohesive tone and upheld high editorial standards across all issues. I collaborated closely with writers and fellow editors to refine content strategy, optimize performance through analytics and testing, and grow readership by enhancing clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
